Connecticut has a lot of great schools to offer and it is very close to New Jersey, making it a great place for New Jersey Residents to attend while still being close to home. Some of the colleges in Connecticut are Yale University located in New Haven, University of Connecticut located in Storrs, and Wesleyan University located in Middletown.

With the cold weather, NJ applicants will fit right in considering the winters in the Garden State can be frigid.
